Hey, everyone!

I just have to make this little announcement due to the number of backouts I've been experiencing as of late. It's pretty upsetting, as you can imagine.

So let me go over the finer points of the T&C once again:

1. Interested persons are free to ask as many questions as they like without any obligation to make a purchase (obviously!)

2. Only confirm that you want to purchase the item if you are absolutely certain that you are willing to pay for it. If you're not totally sure, you can always get back to me once you are.

3. Upon confirmation, you should be prepared to make payment within 3 days. Backing out at this stage is not very nice, but if you must, please have the decency to send me a quick e-mail or SMS to let me know that you do not want the item. I will not be in a towering temper, I promise.

4. Please do not disappear without a trace upon confirming your purchase.
